Paediatric Ward Lead Nurse – Leadership & Family-Centred Care

Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Band 6 Paediatric Ward Sister to join Ward 24, a dynamic unit with 29 inpatient beds and 8 paediatric assessment beds. You will provide clinical leadership and advanced paediatric care for children and young people.

You will lead and develop the team, deliver high quality family-centred care, and participate in safeguarding, audits and service improvement with strong organisational and communication skills.
