In this role you will handle complex construction PI claims for a prestigious City firm, advising on strategy and insurance matters. You will manage claims end-to-end and prepare reports for insurers, contributing to resolution and court readiness. Responsibilities

• Handle complex construction professional indemnity claims for diverse clients (insurers, engineers, contractors, architects)
• Advise on case strategy and claims strategy with insurers
• Advise on claim and cost reserves and insurance coverage matters
• Manage claims from initiation to resolution, including reporting to insurers
• Prepare for court and support litigation readiness

Key requirements

• 3-5 PQE
• 3-5 years of construction PI experience in a UK law firm
• England & Wales qualified
