Overview
In this role you drive enterprise software revenue by prospecting, engaging senior decision-makers and closing complex deals. You work within a technology-focused environment at the intersection of AI, digital assets and regulated industries, building a trusted network across Europe. You will shape solutions for enterprise clients and represent the company at events, with a clear path to more senior commercial responsibilities as the business grows. This is a commercial, opportunity-driven role that rewards impact and relationship-building.

Responsibilities
- Manage full enterprise sales cycle from lead gen to closing
- Identify and engage prospective enterprise clients
- Build and nurture a network to generate qualified opportunities
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Present tailored solutions addressing client challenges
- Represent the company at conferences and industry events
- Attend London-based events and travel across Europe as needed
- Maintain CRM records and produce pipeline forecasts and performance reports
- Stay informed on developments in enterprise tech, AI, blockchain, and digital assets
Key requirements
- Three to five years of B2B software sales experience
- Experience selling complex software products, technology solutions or consultancy services to enterprise clients
- Proven track record of generating leads and converting opportunities into revenue
- Strong business development, relationship-building and networking skills
- Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Experience using CRM platforms to manage sales activity, pipelines and forecasting
- Excellent written and verbal English communications
- Self-motivated, ambitious and adaptable; thrives in a fast-growing environment
- Willingness to travel within Europe and to attend events
