Pub & Grill Duty Manager: Lead Shift & Local Marketing

Village Hotels – Aberdeen is seeking a Pub and Grill Assistant Manager to own the shift as Duty Manager, leading operations across Pub and Grill and other F&B areas with strong commercial focus.

You’ll control wage costs, stock levels and refunds, while driving social outreach to attract guests and help the team deliver excellent service. Coaching and development of staff is also a key part of the role.
