TPM Lead: Lean Maintenance & Site Reliability

AstraZeneca in Liverpool Speke is looking for a TPM Lead to drive the site-wide TPM programme, reporting to the Engineering Director. You will lead TPM across Engineering, Operations, Lean and site leadership, influencing leaders, technicians and operators to embed TPM practices.

You will deploy TPM across assets, coach teams to identify losses, prioritise improvements and improve reliability using meaningful KPIs and data‑led insight. This is an onsite role integral to site transformation.
