William James Recruitment is helping a well-established North West law firm recruit a Residential Property Lawyer in Manchester. You will manage a full conveyancing caseload with autonomy, supported by a Partner, in a hybrid working environment.

The role offers flexible, high-quality work and opportunities for progression, with exposure to building safety act matters and lender/investor transactions. A 2+ years’ PQE solicitor, CILEx or licensed conveyancer is sought.
