Site HR Manager — People Strategy & Coaching

Bluebox HR Search & Selection is seeking an HR Manager to lead the people strategy for a 150-strong Coventry site in a dynamic distribution and manufacturing business.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own policies, processes and systems, advise line managers, and drive performance, resourcing and development initiatives across the site to support growth and commercial goals.
