Childrens Community Care Specialist (Home Visits)

HCRG Care Group is seeking compassionate Community Carers to support children with complex medical needs in their homes and community settings across Surrey and surrounding areas. You will provide high‑quality, personalised care in the place where children feel safest and most comfortable—their own homes and communities.

You’ll work with families and clinical teams to deliver safe, child‑centred care, with flexibility for night shifts and weekends on a rotational basis.
