Premier Inn is seeking a Multi-site Hotel Manager to lead our Weymouth cluster of three hotels. You’ll inspire and manage a Dream Team, driving guest satisfaction and operational excellence across the sites.

You’ll oversee day-to-day operations from front of house to food and beverage, ensure safety, and coach Hotel Managers to deliver high-performing teams. A strategic, people-focused leader with strong commercial sense is essential.
