Senior Associate – Real Estate (Regeneration) – Exeter – 5+ PQE

Overview

In this role you will advise on major regeneration projects and manage a diverse real estate caseload within a national firm renowned for the built environment. You will work closely with planning, environmental and public-law colleagues to deliver high-quality, commercial guidance. The position offers exposure to nationally significant schemes and the chance to build a profile in the regeneration sector. Responsibilities

• Advise on complex regeneration and redevelopment projects to a high technical standard
• Manage a varied caseload including acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development work
• Build and maintain strong client relationships with high-quality delivery
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant developments
• Support business development through client training, industry events and tender/bid contributions
• Collaborate across departments to deliver large-scale, multidisciplinary projects

Key requirements

• 5+ years’ PQE in real estate, ideally regeneration/development/major projects
• Strong technical skills with the ability to provide clear, commercial advice
• Confidence managing a varied and complex caseload
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Collaborative approach and enthusiasm for cross-team work
• Interest in business development and contributing to growth of the practice
• Strong research skills and attention to detail
