In this role you will manage a caseload of property disputes within a top-tier Real Estate Litigation team, advising clients through development lifecycles and enforcement. You will work closely with developers, investors, and asset managers, building trusted relationships and contributing to business development. Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of property disputes and contentious asset management matters
• Advise clients across the development lifecycle from acquisition to enforcement
• Collaborate closely with clients, often face-to-face, to build trusted relationships
• Get involved in business development and marketing initiatives
• Work alongside a Legal 500 Band 1-ranked team with access to project management tools

Key requirements

• 1-3 years’ PQE in property litigation
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent academic credentials
• Commercial awareness and understanding of real estate markets
• Ability to juggle competing deadlines and communicate clearly with clients
