Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters (refinancing, lease work for landlords and tenants, site acquisitions, finance and sales)
• Provide corporate support on transactional matters within commercial property context
• Deliver a broad range of commercial property transactions with a focus on client service and technical excellence

Key requirements

• 3+ years’ PQE in commercial property
• Experience acting for developers, investors, lenders and landlords/tenants
• Strong technical knowledge across commercial transactions
• Excellent drafting, communication and interpersonal skills
• Confidence managing matters independently
