Responsibilities
- Set direction and provide day-to-day oversight for the conveyancing team
- Maintain outstanding client service and ensure transparent file progression
- Drive quality assurance across transactions and embed best practices
- Own regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and lender-panel alignment
- Produce performance reporting for senior stakeholders and refine processes
- Develop relationships with referrers and stakeholders; collaborate with marketing on thought leadership
Key requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with at least 5 years of experience in residential and commercial conveyancing
- 3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in conveyancing teams
- Strong knowledge of property law, procedures, and end-to-end file management
- Familiar with compliance frameworks, accreditation maintenance, and lender-panel processes
