In this role you will handle a varied claimant PI caseload from an established Devon firm, contributing to a close-knit team with good progression opportunities. You will work on RTA, employer’s liability and public liability claims, helping to grow your expertise within a supportive Exeter office. The role emphasizes proactive collaboration and delivering strong client outcomes. This is a stake-in-the-ground opportunity to advance a long-standing practice in a small, growth-oriented team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied claimant PI caseload including RTA, EL, and PL claims
• Collaborate with a small, well-established Exeter team to progress cases
• Maintain and develop client relationships and provide effective PI guidance
• Contribute to positive team culture and proactive case handling

Key requirements

• Experience as a personal injury lawyer
• Knowledge of RTA, EL and PL claims
