Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate a Support Worker to join our incredible team in Woking, Surrey. We have full time and part time opportunities available.
At our service in Woking, we support 5 people who share their home. We also support 2 people who live more independently in the community. You will provide high-quality, flexible support to individuals with learning disabilities and your role is to help people live as independently as possible and to enjoy a great life.
What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for supporting others.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
Contract options:
- Full-time: 37.5 hrs per week.
- Part-time: Various hours available
Shift times:
- Days: Between 07:00-22:00
- Sleep-ins: 22:00-07:00
There is also a sleep-in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of £64.20.
