In this role you will lead a new build residential scheme in Sanderstead, guiding delivery from inception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality, safety, and on-time site execution for circa 40 one- and two-bedroom apartments. You shape on-site culture, motivate the team, and drive best-practice construction standards. Responsibilities

• Take charge of the on-site management for a 40-unit residential scheme
• lead and motivate full site teams to meet milestones and quality standards
• deliver RC frame and traditional build apartments from inception through completion
• coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers and stakeholders to maintain schedule and budget
• enforce health and safety compliance and site logistics
• maintain strong client relationships and report progress to senior management
• ensure timely handover and defect resolution
• apply First Aid, SMSTS and CSCS on-site requirements
