Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial property and development matters, including large-scale regeneration projects
• Handle commercial and residential development work, acquisitions, disposals, and strategic land matters
• Advise national and regional public and private sector organisations
• Collaborate with senior colleagues to develop specialist development expertise
• Lead on high-value projects and maintain high professional standards
• Support a collaborative and ambitious team culture and meet deadlines

Key requirements

• 4+ years PQE in commercial and/or residential development work
• Strong drafting skills and legal analysis
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence working directly with clients
• Ability to build strong client and colleague relationships
