Hybrid: Junior Recipe Development Chef & Nutrition Assistant

Mindful Chef Ltd. is hiring a Junior Development Chef to test and refine high-quality recipes aligned with nutrition, taste and accuracy standards. You’ll work with the Kitchen team and Nutritionist to ensure data-driven recipe development and compliance with briefs and trends.

You’ll collaborate across Buying, Marketing, and wider Food teams to deliver seasonal, commercially viable recipes using responsibly sourced ingredients, while maintaining operational feasibility and quality.
