Responsibilities

• Lead the Helpdesk for Europe and Asia-Pacific offices
• Manage and improve IT operations, processes, and onboarding
• Oversee Windows/Linux desktop/server environments, storage, and clustering solutions
• Drive automation, analytics, and reporting for IT operations
• Deliver high-touch, white-glove IT support and customer outreach
• Hands-on involvement in a demanding, jack-of-all-trades environment
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT with business goals

Key requirements

• Degree from a top institution
• Five to ten years of relevant experience
• Proven track record in managing a team and building out processes
• Strong leadership, communication, judgement, project management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with corporate IT infrastructure and IT support operations
• Experience with end-user computing, automation, analytics and reporting, and customer outreach
• Experience in smaller agile companies with continual change
• Hands-on technical capability in a demanding environment
