Lead Aerodynamics Engineer – Race Car Performance

Cadillac Formula 1 Team is seeking an aero development engineer to join the Aero Development Team in the UK. You will lead a small team and own the aerodynamic development of a defined car area, delivering performance by analyzing CFD and wind tunnel data and iterating designs.

You will collaborate with management to align on development plans and push for innovative methods to improve efficiency and overall car performance.
