Overview
In this role you will lead end-to-end planning for high-value, complex construction projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver on client objectives. You’ll build and maintain master schedules using Primavera P6 and Tableau, ensure data quality from multiple sources, and drive schedule integrity and reporting. Your work supports project delivery under the company’s growth and client-outcomes mission, with regular site presence and proactive issue resolution. This is a hands-on planning position with visible impact on project success and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and lead planning sessions with clients and vendors to create the master schedule and baselines
- Plan, develop and execute construction schedules with cross-functional teams
- Maintain a detailed program schedule using Primavera P6 and Tableau in multi-project environments
- Integrate schedule data from vendors, engineering, and contractors into planning systems
- Implement scheduling strategy, plans and procedures aligning with company and contractor roles
- Work with project managers and subcontractors to maintain schedule integrity
- Provide QA on schedule tracking and reporting to project groups and contractors
- Deliver progress reports and look-ahead schedules (1, 3, 6 months) from P6 for reporting
- Perform probabilistic, critical path and risk analyses for the project schedule
- Analyse deviations from baseline, identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions
Key requirements
- Demonstrated ability to derive corrective actions from data and multiple sources
- Advanced skills in MS Office and Primavera P6
