Hybrid 2nd Line Network Support Engineer (Edinburgh)

GoFibre in Edinburgh is seeking a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer to manage complex incidents, coordinate outage responses and ensure customers stay connected across our growing fibre network. This hybrid, Edinburgh-based role offers 37.5 hours per week with a rotational 8am–8pm pattern.

You will work with cross-functional teams to diagnose, document and resolve issues quickly, delivering reliable service for homes and businesses.
