Community Nurse Lead — District Nursing & Home Care

NHS Highland is seeking a Registered General Nurse to join the Extended Community Care Team, a joint service with Argyll & Bute Community Health Partnership and Council. The post focuses on community health care and reablement, with leadership in caseload management alongside the Integrated Team and District Nursing colleagues.

Applicants should hold current NMC registration and a District Nursing qualification, or equivalent, with a driving licence. Gaelic-speaking applications are welcomed.
