Overview

In this role you will lead a multidisciplinary Analog IC design team in Bristol, guiding the complete chip development flow. You will provide technical authority and shape how the team delivers reliable analog solutions for AI data center applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to manage multiple projects within schedule and resource constraints. Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of IC design and layout engineers
• Own the complete chip design flow from concept to tape-out
• Provide technical authority and guidance across design activities
• Coordinate with stakeholders across engineering functions
• Manage multiple projects under schedule and resource constraints

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Electronic Engineering or related field (Masters preferred)
• Extensive (10+ years) experience in Analog IC Design
• Several years of leadership or management experience
• Excellent communication skills with stakeholder engagement across engineering functions
