Overview

In this role you drive strategic growth with System Integrators across the UK & Ireland, acting as the field activator and trusted advisor to accelerate joint go-to-market execution. You will own partner relationships, co-develop GTM plans, and enable field teams to convert opportunities into revenue. The role emphasizes hands-on field work, executive engagement, and closing strategic deals with SI partners aligned to AWS priorities. You will shape multi-quarter partner capability roadmaps and lead impactful co-sell motions that scale AWS adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end partner relationships across a managed portfolio of SIs and activation
  • Develop and execute Partner Business Plans to generate pipeline and revenue
  • Design and deliver Joint Go-To-Market (JGTM) strategies with prioritised investments
  • Build multi-quarter capability roadmaps for partners across priority workloads
  • Spend majority of time in the field with partner sellers and AWS account teams for GTM execution
  • Drive proactive pipeline generation through ACE co-sell motion and opportunities
  • Coach partner sales teams on co-sell best practices and proactive pipeline creation
  • Manage complex IT transformations with partners and AWS deal execution
  • Collaborate with SI leadership to uncover new growth opportunities and manage the deals pipeline
  • Enable partners to build industry- and workload-specific solutions and pursue relevant AWS competencies and funding
  • Oversee partner funding and MDF investments ensuring ROI and alignment with objectives
  • Maintain senior-level relationships with partner C-suites and practice leads
  • Conduct regular pipeline reviews and provide data-driven insights to leadership

Key requirements
