Responsibilities
- Service and maintain Fire Alarm Systems to industry standards
- Identify and rectify problems proactively
- Provide excellent customer service and build effective relationships
- Service devices safely, prioritise jobs and manage time efficiently
- Complete engineer work reports and checklists accurately
Key requirements
- Experience in the Fire industry with repair/maintenance of large systems
- Expert knowledge in mainstream and top end Fire, Gas and Aspirating systems
- Working knowledge of industry standards and troubleshooting
- Previous customer-facing experience
- Full clean driving licence
- Ability to lift and climb ladders, comfortable working at height
- Preferred: 18th edition/NVQ/City and Guilds/BTEC/FIA
