Maintenance Technician: Drive Uptime & Equipment Reliability

Dexter is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems in our robust operation.

You will read blueprints, perform preventive maintenance, respond to downtime, and collaborate with production, engineering, and leadership to improve reliability and efficiency. This role requires a high school diploma, relevant technical training, and experience in a manufacturing setting.
