West Surrey Housing & Support Officer – Community Impact

Transform Housing Group is hiring a Housing & Support Officer West Surrey to deliver community-based services across Mole Valley, Elmbridge, Runnymede and Surrey Heath. The role covers West Surrey with regular travel between sites.

The post is full-time (37 hours per week) with a salary of £28,000 per annum plus benefits. You will work with people with complex needs, providing resilient, compassionate support in a Housing First framework.
