Care Coordinator – Domiciliary Care & Rostering

Allbest Solutions Ltd in Woking, Surrey, is seeking an experienced Care Coordinator to join the office team. You will coordinate daily care services, maintain rosters in Care MIS, manage eMAR records and ensure safe, person-centred care for service users.

The role requires knowledge of CQC Fundamental Standards, strong organisational and communication skills, and a willingness to participate in on-call duties. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred.
