Economic Crime Investigator – On-Site (Glasgow)

Teleperformance in Glasgow is hiring a Customer Expert to handle inbound calls for a major banking client. This is a full‑time permanent role (40 hours per week) with shifts from 8.00 am to 8.00 pm, and this is not a work‑from‑home position.

You will perform investigations and provide clear, risk‑based decisions related to Economic Crime. A minimum of six months of contact centre/telephony experience is required, along with strong communication, accuracy and IT system skills.
