We are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Group Economic Crime Data Product Analyst to help shape and deliver data products that support Financial Crime and Economic Crime priorities.
This role sits at the intersection of business, operations, data and technology. You will work with senior stakeholders to define data product strategy, drive business outcomes and ensure data capabilities deliver measurable value across the organisation.
To be successful as a Group Economic Crime Data Product Analyst, you should have experience with:
- Experience in Data Product Management, Product Ownership & Roadmap, Business Analysis and Business Transformation roles.
- Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders across multiple functions.
- Strong experience translating business and operational challenges into data-driven solutions.
- Experience defining and reporting KPIs, management information and business performance & value metrics.
- Knowledge of Financial Crime, Risk, Controls or other regulated business environments.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving change collaboratively.
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and data product practices.
Skills that will help you stand out:
- Experience with modern data platforms and cloud-based technologies.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles for data products and reporting solutions.
- Experience delivering large-scale business, data or transformation programmes.
You may be assessed on key skills including risk and controls, change and transformation, strategic thinking, business acumen, stakeholder management and leadership.
This role is based in London or Glasgow.
Purpose of the role
To collaborate with product owners and other technical teams involved in the product development process and utilise their knowledge of the bank’s technologies to enact the vision defined in the product roadmap.
Accountabilities
- Provision of subject matter expertise to support the collaboration between the product owner and the technical side of product development.
- Support the development and implementation of the product strategy and vision defined in the product roadmap and communicate them with the relevant stakeholders and the development team.
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements and features based on business value and feasibility that are well defined, measurable and secure.
- Development and implementation of assessments to ensure continuous testing and improvement of product quality and performance.
- Monitoring of product performance to identify opportunities for optimisation that meets the banks performance standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry technology trends and technologies, to evaluate and adopt new approaches to improve product development and delivery.
