Lead Business Analyst

Lead Business Analyst – Policy / Claims – Insurance – City, London

Hybrid working – 2 days a week onsite, 3 days remotely

Our client, a global insurance company, are looking to recruit a Lead Business Analyst with recent experience working in Commercial Insurance / London Market and exposure to Policy and Claims Admin solutions as an ESSENTIAL requirement.

As the Lead Business Analyst you will have good exposure to the full IT project lifecyle: project initiation through to implementation and be hands-on technically.

The Lead Business Analyst will:-

• Lead change initiatives, ensuring that technical architecture decisions support business objectives and engage with business stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure security, infrastructure, architecture governance, design authority, technical assurance and architectural leadership consideration are embedded into project planning, solution design and implementation activities
• Coordinate and oversee the work of business analysts, testing resources and external vendors across multiple projects.
