Security Operations Engineer: Threat Hunting & Response

Balyasny Asset Management L.P. seeks an experienced Security Operations Engineer to build BAM’s firm-wide information security platform. This hands-on role reports to the Security Operations Lead and focuses on incident response, threat hunting, and automation.

You will design repeatable processes, implement security controls, and collaborate with global technology teams to improve posture. Strong scripting, SIEM/EDR experience, and knowledge of AI tools in security are key.
