Senior Contracts Manager – Structural Alterations (London)

Red Sky Personnel Ltd in London seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee structural alteration projects across London, managing 3–4 live sites and coordinating with PMs, site teams and Tier 1 contractors.

You will drive project delivery on time and within budget, manage programmes using ASTA Powerproject, ensure contractual compliance under JCT and NEC, and report to a Director.
