Youth Support Worker: Trauma-Informed Community Care

Randstad Care in Inverness is seeking a passionate Support Worker to deliver bespoke, trauma-informed community support for young people outside residential settings.

You will build trust, implement de-escalation, and collaborate with families and care managers. PVG registration, a full UK driving licence preferred, and at least 2 years’ relevant experience are required. Flexible ad hoc shifts are available.
