Overview
In this role you will manage a varied residential property caseload in Bristol, handling sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity while advising clients and coordinating with agents, lenders and professionals. You will draft and review contracts and title documents and ensure smooth progression from instruction to completion. The position supports the team through networking and business development, within a collaborative and supportive firm culture.

Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of residential property matters
- Handle sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Advise clients on all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Draft and review contracts, title documents, and related paperwork
- Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other professionals
- Ensure smooth progression of transactions from instruction to completion
- Support the growth of the team through networking and business development
Key requirements
- Minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing
- Detailed knowledge and wide-ranging experience in residential property law
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in managing matters independently and hitting the ground running
- Strong client care skills and commitment to going the extra mile
