Construction Solicitor (1-3 PQE) – Bristol

Overview

In this role you join a nationally recognized construction team handling high-value, non-contentious projects across education, housing, health, and regeneration. You will work closely with partners on complex schemes involving JCT, NEC, and bespoke documentation, with exposure to hospitals, university estates, and major regeneration initiatives. Responsibilities

• Manage non-contentious construction matters across Education, Housing, Health, Regeneration, and Infrastructure
• Draft and negotiate JCT, NEC, and bespoke contracts
• Support on high-value, complex projects including hospitals, universities, and regeneration schemes
• Collaborate with partners and senior lawyers on project delivery
• Develop sector expertise and engage in business development
• Provide clear, commercially minded advice to clients

Key requirements

• 1-3 years’ PQE
• Experience in non-contentious construction, or mixed background with desire to specialise
• Strong drafting and analytical skills
