You will cultivate client relationships across the UK and collaborate with employment and corporate teams on complex transactions. You will contribute to practice development, thought leadership, and team growth while leveraging an established client following to drive expansion. - Lead and develop client relationships across a broad UK-wide portfolio
- Advise on complex, high-value pensions matters across DB and DC schemes
- Support governance, regulatory compliance and scheme documentation
- Collaborate with employment and corporate teams on transactional and strategic projects
- Contribute to national practice development and thought leadership

Key requirements
- Recognised market profile within pensions law
- Significant experience at Director or Partner level
- Proven track record of winning work and sustaining long-term client relationships
