Associate or Senior Associate – Real Estate – Bristol – Hybrid

Overview

In this role you join a national property team in Bristol to advise hospitality and leisure operators on real estate matters. You will handle acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant issues, and estate management, while supporting portfolio optimisation and development agreements. You’ll work closely with specialists across disciplines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and help grow the client base. Responsibilities

• Advising on freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals for hospitality and leisure operators
• Supporting development agreements, pre-let arrangements and portfolio re-gears
• Managing landlord and tenant matters, licences, easements, variations and ancillary agreements
• Assisting with estate management and property-related operational matters
• Building and developing client relationships while contributing to business development initiatives

Key requirements

• 2+ years’ PQE in real estate
