In-Store Sales & Brand Experience Associate

CLARK’S is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver a superior in-store customer experience and drive sales while upholding brand standards. You will contribute to maintaining visual merchandising, stock and cash procedures, with a flexible 7-day shift pattern including weekends.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer engagement and achieving store KPIs through effective selling of shoes and accessories. Prior retail experience is a plus.
