Electrical Lead Engineer & Standards Coach

Platform Housing Group is seeking a Lead Engineer – Electrical to lead electrical services across Leicestershire. You will split time between repairs, installations and testing, and coaching colleagues, apprentices and teams to uphold high standards.

You will drive compliance, quality and customer outcomes, act as a technical expert, and engage with Learning & Development to upskill the trade workforce. This is a mobile role with a UK driving license required.
