Project Manager

Overview

As a Project Manager, you will lead a multi-million pound project in Nottingham City Centre, ensuring safe, on-time, and within-budget delivery. You’ll coordinate with planning, site, and commercial teams and report to the Director and senior management. The role offers an established project team environment and direct client/stakeholder interaction. This is a hands-on opportunity to shape delivery on a high-profile scheme while upholding quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Overall delivery of a 20m+ project in Nottingham City Centre
• Lead and manage the project and site team
• Collaborate with Planner to develop and monitor the programme
• Set realistic timelines and achieve milestones
• Work with Commercial team to monitor costs and staffing
• Maintain cost control across the project
• Manage subcontractors and specialist contractors to meet programme and specs
• Ensure health, safety and environmental compliance
• Build relationships with client, consultants, and stakeholders
• Provide regular progress updates to client and senior management
• Deliver project to required quality, programme, and commercial objectives

Key requirements

• SMSTS
• CSCS certification
• ability to own and drive a major project with client and senior management engagement
• experience delivering healthcare projects (advantageous)
