Clinical Lead Nurse – Dementia Care

Purosearch Ltd in Cardiff is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead Nurse to partner with the Home Manager in delivering exceptional dementia-focused care. The role balances clinical shifts and management hours (roughly 50/50) to ensure the service operates smoothly and safely.

The successful candidate will be a Registered Nurse with an active NMC PIN, have senior dementia care experience and strong leadership, communication and organisational skills to drive continuous improvement.
