Clinical Lead – Nursing Home Leadership & Training

Prime Life is seeking an experienced Clinical Lead for Tanworth Court in Solihull. The role is 38.5 hours per week with a 14-day rolling rota and on-call duties.

You will lead the nursing team, ensure delivery of high-quality person-centred care, manage medicines and supervise induction, training and appraisals in line with NMC and CQC standards. A proven clinical background and an up-to-date NMC pin are required.
