Overview

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of clients for Rakuten Advertising, acting as the primary liaison to ensure satisfaction and successful delivery of engagements. You will coordinate cross-territory collaborations, analyze feedback and data to guide strategy, and implement best practices to streamline workflows. You’ll work with internal teams to surface insights and opportunities, driving revenue growth through value-added solutions. This is a chance to shape client experiences at a global advertising tech leader in London.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex client interactions and ensure timely responses to challenging requests
  • Analyze client feedback and data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
  • Develop and tailor client engagement plans to meet objectives
  • Implement client management best practices to enhance satisfaction and efficiency
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships through proactive communications
  • Communicate insights and recommendations to internal stakeholders for alignment
  • Evaluate and adjust client relationship strategies for better outcomes
  • Document client interactions and outcomes in CRM accurately
  • Recommend process improvements or tools to support client relationship initiatives
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and establish regular communications with key contacts

Key requirements

  • 3+ years of digital marketing experience including client service
  • BA degree in Marketing or related field preferred
  • Excel (intermediate) and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Strong track record in client relationships with trust-building, advising, and upselling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English
  • Minimum 2-4 years relevant work experience; 5-7 years preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred
  • Negotiation and diplomacy
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Ability to translate client requirements into technical specifications
