Data Analyst

Overview

As a mid-level Data Analyst at Global, you will translate business needs into analytical solutions and clear insights. You’ll craft impactful Tableau-based visualisations and collaborate across teams to improve data processes. Responsibilities

• Build analytical solutions to meet complex business needs, delivering insights and Tableau-based reports
• Improve robustness of data processes by identifying root causes and collaborating with data teams
• Support skill growth and team development through continuous learning and knowledge sharing

Key requirements

• 3–5+ years of commercial experience as a Data Analyst or similar
• Delivery ownership from requirements to delivery and stakeholder presentation
• Analytical mindset with a questioning approach
• Attention to detail in problem-solving and diagnosing root causes
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI) and SQL for data wrangling and reporting
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences
