Overview

In this role you join FDM as a Consultant in the Data and Analytics Practice, leveraging upskilling to transition veterans and service leavers into business and technology consultancy. You will work on large-scale client projects across sectors, with roles ranging from BI Developer to ML Engineer. The programme provides coaching, no degree requirement, and global assignment opportunities. You help unlock business value through data and analytics while advancing your career with structured training.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver data and analytics projects for diverse clients
  • Take on roles such as BI Developer, Data Engineer, Data Scientist, ML Engineer, or RPA Consultant
  • Participate in the FDM Skills Lab upskilling in BI, analytics, data modelling, engineering, warehousing, automation and ML
  • Apply modern data platforms to forecast, analyse and unlock business value
  • Engage in structured training, coaching and pre-assignment upskilling
  • Pursue global assignments and potential certifications with partner companies
  • Develop and demonstrate data-driven problem solving to support decision making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across client projects

Key requirements

  • Previous military, blue light service, or serving reservist background
  • Experience in data analytics, technology or related field
  • Strong aptitude and interest in business and technology, plus data-driven problem solving
  • Commitment to at least two years of full-time employment with FDM
