Lead FMCG Maintenance Engineer – Reliability & Growth

Hunter Selection is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer for a fast-paced food manufacturing site in Harlow. You will lead a small on-shift engineering team, drive reliability, support continuous improvement and ensure equipment uptime across FMCG lines.

The ideal candidate has 5 years FMCG manufacturing experience, Level 3+ in Engineering, electrical qualifications (18th edition) and PLC fault-finding skills.
