Overview
In this role you will support a growing specialist real estate lender by handling key accounting duties across multiple UK entities. You will work with senior stakeholders and external advisers to deliver accurate financial reporting, statutory accounts, and tax compliance while helping to improve finance processes. Responsibilities
- Manage bookkeeping, journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations across multiple UK entities
- Support month-end reporting, statutory accounts, tax compliance and external audits
- Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring strong financial controls and compliance with accounting standards
- Contribute to finance process improvements and provide support across wider accounting activities
Key requirements
- Fully qualified ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, CPA or equivalent
- One to three years’ post-qualified accounting experience, ideally within a fast-paced or multi-entity environment
- Strong financial accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliation and reporting experience, including working with external auditors and tax advisers
