Overview
As Digital Purchasing Manager, you will own the end-to-end purchasing of digital and IT goods and services, aligning with Digital, Procurement, Finance and Legal to deliver compliant, value-focused outcomes. You’ll manage renewals, supplier relationships, and procurement governance, while driving data-informed decisions and process improvements. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of Digital and commercial operations, offering scope to scale purchasing capabilities and contribute to sustainability initiatives. You will partner with cross-functional teams to optimise costs and risk, shaping how we procure technology across the business.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end digital purchasing for hardware, software, licences, subscriptions and services
- Coordinate requirements with function heads and Group Procurement to achieve commercial outcomes
- Ensure purchasing adheres to governance, approvals and financial controls
- Maintain clear purchase records and audit trail
Key requirements
- Experience in digital, information technology or indirect purchasing, procurement, supplier management or commercial administration
- Experience purchasing software, licences, subscriptions, services or technology equipment
- Experience coordinating with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve purchasing, contractual, invoice or payment issues
